Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is always free in the continental United States with USPS, FedEx or UPS. Normal shipping rates will apply to those who live in Alaska or Hawaii.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, contact us at orders@buysmartbots.com
Returns Policy
Refunds:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Simply send an email to returns@buysmartbots.com or call us at 888-205-6939. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Please allow 15 days for processing.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@buysmartbots.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Returns / Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return policy. Returned items must be factory sealed. Items are eligible for a return for up to 30 days after the order has shipped.
Please be aware that the SameBike product line has a 15 day return window.
For open boxes, non defective items and orders in transit, we may be unable to accept the return or a restocking fee may apply. Some items can only be exchanged if defective. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns/exchanges.
To start a return / exchange please email us at returns@buysmartbots.com with:
- Your order number
- The serial Number of your product
- Photos or video of the issue
- A description of the issue
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours regarding your return request.
- If the product is defective, we will either ship parts to correct the issue or provide you with a prepaid shipping label to replace the entire unit. If you do not want the product anymore, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
- Once we receive the return, please allow us 3-5 business days to inspect the return. We will at that time send you an email telling you when your replacement item has shipped, or when your refund has been issued.
- Please note that if the product defect can't be found during our inspection process, we may be unable to accept the return and it will be returned. Please allow 15 days for processing.
