Processing and Handling Time

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment and does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping options and rates at checkout.

Order Modifications & Changes

We understand that you may need to make changes to your order. If you need to modify your order, such as updating the shipping address or changing items, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in processing or preparing for shipment.

Modifications or address updates: May incur additional fees depending on the nature of the change.

If an address change is requested after your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays or mis deliveries.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing them. After 24 hours, orders are often processed and may already be shipped, making cancellations impossible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking details or need assistance tracking your package, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number we provide. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, shipping delays can occur due to

circumstances outside our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays during peak times. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these situations.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link (refunds@buysmartbots.com) to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
